The Russellville Lady Cyclones volleyball team defeated the Farmington Lady Cardinals in four sets on Thursday. Russellville won 25-19, 25-23, 25-22 and 25-23.
Top performers were Cassie Johnson with six aces and 10 kills. Madison Mallett with 12 kills. Hannah Jones with eight kills. Gracie Palmer with 37 assists.
The Lady Cyclones were led defensively by Kate Lane with 20 digs. Mary Cate Wotjtkowski had 25 digs.
"The girls really came together tonight and played as a team," assistant coach Kara Braeutigam said. "Our transition was smooth and our defense played incredible."
